What this is
A hot pot and barbecue place on Dumbarton Road in Partick. Every table has a split pot and a grill built in: red chilli broth on one side, milky bone broth on the other, and a hot plate alongside. You do the cooking and the table does the rest. Swirl the lamb through the broth, lay the marinated meat on the grill, then build your dip at the sauce bar.
The 秦 on the sign is Qin, the dynasty of the real Terracotta Army.
